Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

We all need support every now and then. The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a free and confidential counselling programme that can offer practical and emotional support, for you and your family.

Trained EAP counsellors are on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whether you’re experiencing a personal, family or work problem. This free confidential service offers help and support including:

• Counselling services
• Specialist information
• Parent coaching
• Career coaching
• Online ‘Live Well’ Site

There is no charge to use the EAP, although there may be a cost for additional counseling.
