Development Programme

If you want to expand your skills through external education and training, you can apply for funding through the staff development programme. If you’re approved for financial support, we will cover the full cost of your course. You can apply for up to 10 days study leave per year. Find out more and access the Application Form.

Professional Memberships

If you are a member of a professional body that’s related to your role, we will cover the cost of your annual membership fee, subject to line manager and HR approval.*

*The payment is classed as a Benefit in Kind and is subject to country taxation requirements.
