European Works Council

We have three seats on the European Works Council (EWC) for each of our business functions (Customer Care; Finance; Support Services). You can nominate yourself to be a representative to serve for three years.

Internal Focus Groups and Forums

We have several ways for you to get involved and have your say including Employee Voice focus groups, the Food Forum and IT Champions. If you would like to get involved in any of our groups please speak to your People Manager.
